Looking beyond the veil

This snippet is from page 3 of an article in the Sydney Morning Herald , I thought it was bloody hilarious. hahaha.

One of the most disturbing encounters the Herald heard about was described by "Susan", a convert from Catholicism. She recalls sitting on a bench at Strathfield railway station last year reading a book when she became aware of a station rubbish collector approaching her. "Out of the corner of my eye, I saw that he was using one of those long-armed implements that you use to pick up rubbish. Suddenly I could feel this tugging on my headscarf. I looked up and it was him. He said, 'Excuse me, I thought it was rubbish'."

Classic.
